The 2024 Bushcraft, Homestead and Preparedness Expo Recap

 

A great time was had, many new friends made, and old friends re-united.  I thoroughly enjoyed doing the demonstrations, especially with the kids watching and asking such great questions.   The event was a great time with so many vendors and instructors.  I was honored and blessed to be invited.  Another great opportunity came out of this to see my sister.  She lives in Texas and I in North Carolina, so we see each other mostly through facetime, texts and phone calls.  It was great to spend some time with her, as this was her first outdoorsy experience since we were kids when our dad would take us camping.  Needless to say I always enjoyed it.  Lots of pictures, and a few folks missing which I was trying to do better at taking pics, but I get so caught up in the moment.  But there is always next time.
